In
our opinion Bob Hardy really is the best
vet. We've enjoyed the company of various
pets through the years and have taken them
to a couple of veterinarians in the Austin
area. When we took Sugar Biscuit, our Schnoodle
puppy, for her eight-week checkup, Nova and
Steve greeted us warmly. Both of these individuals
seemed genuinely glad to see us and our puppy.
Neither Nova nor Steve rushed us, and they
spent time explaining different payment options.
Of course, we were thrilled when Steve snapped
several photos of Sugar and when Nova walked
out into the waiting area to hold her and
to give her a treat.
When
Matt, Dr. Hardy's assistant, asked us to follow
him to an exam room, he was patient and kind
to us and especially to our puppy. He took
the time to "get to know her." He
answered some of our questions in a knowledgeable
and professional manner.
As
Dr. Hardy began his exam, he explained to
us what he was doing and
why. He discussed with us
some of the unique characteristics of our
puppy and what we could expect in regard to
her development. He thoroughly answered our
questions and told us that if we had any further
questions or concerns, he would welcome a
call. Bob Hardy also has a grand sense of
humor, and the camaraderie between his staff
and him is evident. Dr. Hardy has assembled
a truly committed team of professionals who
are dedicated to his philosophy.
We
feel confident that Sugar Biscuit will receive
excellent care at BEST VET.
The follow-up phone call the day after her
appointment underscored the sincerity of those
who cared for our puppy.
