To Whom It May Concern:

For two plus years now we have managed our own little cat rescue operation. Thirty-seven cats and kittens have come through our doors in that short period of time. We have several veterinarian clinics with which we have developed relationships. Lucky us! We found the office of Dr. Bob Hardy and his crew. Dr. Hardy was recommended to us by the Animal Trustees of Austin. I believe we were one of the clinic’s first clients. Everyone that works at Best Vet is kind, compassionate, helpful and are blessed with great personalities. I have lost track of how many of our cats have been through the doors at Best Vet. I figure it is somewhere around 15 or so. Even the other clients I have met have made for an enjoyable time in the clinic. I have recommended Best Vet to other rescue organizations and individuals telling them that even if Best Vet isn’t geographically desirable to them, it is worth the drive. Best Vet does all of our neutering and spays now. I take the patient in at 9:00am and have always picked them up after surgery by 1:00pm. The surgeries have always been just as they should be, uneventful.

Nova asked me to list our pets’ names, so here goes: Norma, Sam, Nick, Little Boy, Big Boy, Killer, Doc, Cleo, Francine, Sweetness, Junior, Peepeye, Poppy, Frank, Buster, Shamu, GeeGee, Half-n-Half and Big Head. Dr. Bob has treated many of the kittens we have fostered and since adopted out. These kittens have come to us with a litany of illnesses and injuries. Dr. Bob and his staff have treated each and every one with the same kindness that you would want your dearly loved pet to have. Please know that you can call us if you have any questions.

Best regards, Rebecca & John O.
